Asian Session 28th January 2010 | PL: 543  Category: Training | Comments (0) 2010-02-16 07:25:10 Asian Session - 28th January 2010 Hi Traders, Well today at least we had a little action after a session yesterday morning that had most of us checking to see if are charts were frozen. We had a nice early move 30 minutes into the session which was shaping up with plenty of potential on the GBPJPY. A burst to money management level which had us move our stops to breakeven which just stopped out at breakeven too. To rub salt into the wounds we then witnessed the trade hit target. Well that is trading!! At least our swing trade set-up hit its 1x target in early trading giving us 70+ pips profit. Hope you enjoy the walkthrough video. We are less concerned about the trade outcome winner/loser, as we are about ensuring the trade has been executed according to our trading plan. We have a specific structure in place for our trading day and our primary goal is to execute according to our trade plan. We know from developing our plan that our system has a solid edge. We also know: 1. when to trade; 2. how long to trade; 3. how many trades to take; 4. what pairs to trade; 5. how to adjust around key levels, daily pivot points, swing highs/lows; 6. what our win rate is; 7. our average risk to reward; 8. largest winning run; 9. largest losing run; 10. maximum risk per trade; That is just some of the things that a plan will assist you in doing during your trading day.
